Wonder how long Richard Hartman has got if Caps continue on current form Better team than previous but its a results business they make refrence to 2 seasons ago when they brought in Patry and Lienweber. That turned their season around and went on to beating Erdhart teams Hope it works out for them we need them to be taking points from teams rather than giving them.

the problem at edinburgh is they have no cash, the players are all there on the cheap because they live and work there or at at uni . richard hartman doesnt pick the team, the owner scott neil provides players he can get on the cheap and hartman has to make do.

In the past I've seen plenty praise for Hartmann and the job he does with Caps and limited finances. But having no playing or coaching experience myself I obviously miss the subtleties and base my opinion on him as a coach primarily based on results and the style of hockey his team plays. This isn't a pop at him, what am I missing that suggests he would do a job for a bigger budget team?

You would be very surprised at how much money Neil takes out that club as profit, ask any Brit that's played there

Same reason as post above, I walked out last week, was a borefest, most Dissappointing was that there were a lot of new Fife fans there last week, I hope that match didn't put them off ice hockey For good

Remember, there's so much for them to take in during a game even just keeping track of the puck is a challenge.

I brought along 5 who had never been to a game if ice hockey before, as one of the family was getting a presentation at the end of the game. All 5 loved it and will be back again for more.

I have taken dozens of friends and newbies to flyers games .The ones i took to a 'good' game on their first visit are the ones who still go IMO : Its unlikely to get newbies to return after a 'borefest' game. My point is that although they want more fans to get interested ....they're actually giving the first timer reason not to understand why we Flyers fans actually like going to ice hockey week in week out. Buddy ticket that are forced at the low attendance Sunday borefest games are counter productive IMO and turn off potential new fans .......even us die hards find certain games boring.

Teams out for the warm up. No Dutiaume for Flyers. No Hartmann, Grimaldi, Beattie, Wallace and Barron for the Capitals.
