Bit of a special teams fest over the first 20 minutes. Flyers have played well enough but confidence seemed to drain towards the end of the first as Stars clawed their way back into the game. Has the makings of yet another high scoring game tonight. With the special teams situations we've seen very very little of the Brits on the ice over the opening period.

Not looking good already, spent most of that period in our own end and with us playing effectively two lines, we'll just get even more fatigued.

Another decent save from Owen. This time getting a glove to a Poulin shot and turning it aside.

Faryna goes for the short side stick save Owen. Stars look the sharper side early in the second.

Bit of chirping between Schaber and Poulin as they head to their respective benches.
