Just goes to show you what can be achieved with even a smaller arena based team when everything is set up for success. That is a blueprint that I would love to see put in place here.
Well done Cardiff.

Well done Cardiff. Cant argue the Devils were in a bad place 3 years ago They will tell you that they are not an Arena Team even though they play out IAW They have a good GM that's proved himself elsewhere and wealthy bank rollers who want success In saying all that I am happy with what we have and will renew my season ticket next year in support of our organisation 5 years of SNL/NPL is not a place where our team should be

Still the slimmest chance I think that we could get Braehead, means Giants beating the Devils twice though next weekend in Wales to win their conference.

Just under half way through third and its now 6-1 to the Devils. [All easy saves for murdy every chance at goal is an individual attack no team play or tic tac toe/quote]

IT's no co-incidence that the top 2 teams in the league have the best of British net-minders giving them an extra body outfield.

IT's no co-incidence that the top 2 teams in the league have the best of British net-minders giving them an extra body outfield. They also have full time British players - giving them 4 line depth Fife have chosen to have part time British, local, players - That is admirable, but we have to do 2 things in my opinion 1. Pay them enough so that their day job is only part time 2. Trust them and play them - not just 2 shifts per game - to give us a wee bit more depth, so that when the inevitable injuries occur, we can still run at least 3 lines. Look at Saturday - played a regular 3 lines all night and the energy and effort was sustained throughout the game.

Good to see the team doing everything they can to stay in top shape by looking after their nutrition after last nights game. I knew we had McDonalds as a sponsor but didn't think they were the team nutritionist as well.

Thanks for the updates and comments guys. Sorry taken a few days to say that but as per normal at this time of the season (EIHL seasons).. I have lost interest in general in the Flyers. A shot at the play offs best target for the season again. maybe a trophy... and be very lucky to get that.
