Routine win against a hard working Caps side. How on earth did Caps win in Belfast though? Gauthier and Finucci looked as if they were nursing injuries and by the third period it looked as if Flyers were avoiding any unnecessary injury or fatigue but were still well in control. Flyers played some nice hockey in bits with a nice hat trick from LeBlanc and Isaacs goal was a cracker. Isaacs looks so much more comfortable in defence and the Brits did ok when used. Not the worst game I have ever watched but pretty low intensity, which suited us. Two points is two points. Will be tougher on Friday with Stars’ tails being up after their good win at Nottingham tonight.
