The guys didn't deserve that tonight 17 seconds from end of regulation That's a real shame deserved a point from that game at least Another night though where special teams failed to capitalise Difficult very difficult

Quite an even game, deserved a point each and take it to overtime. Dont want to repeat what's already been said, we lack grit, muscle and quality. Without naming names I dunno how some of those imports get so much ice time whilst Buesa and McKenzie get limited shifts. Obviously Jamieson sat on his hoop :-(

Better effort from most of the team tonight and thought although Panthers were better it was not by much. Flyers got off to a good start with a nice pass from Paul Crowder and a smart finish from the hard working Buesa after 2 minutes. Finucci made it two with a scrambly goal just over five minutes later. Nottingham pulled one back a further two minutes in and the sides were fairly even after 20 minutes despite Flyers having the lead. Panthers were much better in the second and well outshot Flyers despite three powerplay opportunities for Flyers which created little apart from one shot which hit the pipe. In contrast Panthers scored 18 seconds into their only powerplay. The third was fairly even with both teams having spells on top, but Nottingham looked stronger as the game went on, but were fortunate to get the winner with17 seconds left. No idea why Bueasa and McKenzie are rotated when the ineffective Just plays in all situations and other than on face offs he produced little. Good effort from the two Brits, Cazzola, Isaacs, Gauthier and a fast tiring Schaber ( understandable) but the usual holiday makers drift in and out of the game. Poor attendance and some of that has to be down to the even worse than usual promotion of tonight’s game. Another gripe is the lack of accurate game stats announced during the game. Incomplete scoring stats and inaccurate shots on goal on scoreboard rip my knitting too. Ten defeats in a row is not acceptable.

The Hockey Show on 29 January really Bet the players can't wait Should get the owners to attend and ask some wanting questions That's what I would prefer

The Hockey Show on 29 January really Bet the players can't wait Should get the owners to attend and ask some wanting questions That's what I would prefer Maybe better some extra practice on the 29th to try to get out of this slump and into the playoffs would be of more use or haven’t the organisers identified that we have a problem here. Agree there should be an opportunity for the fans to mix with the players but now?

Tough one to take but if you dont score in over 2.5 periods of hockey you are not likely to win games.
Thought we got the old Carlo back. He drove at Nottingham all night, often without any help. Schaber looked better too. Was pleased for Jordan Buesa getting his goal and he buzzed about every shift he got. Best effort had to be from Isaacs. He quietly goes about his business. Never the most skilled but reads the game and knows what to do. Is he the next coach?
Watching the 2 teams power plays was night and day. The movement and speed of passing being the main factors.
Would like to see the last goal. It just appeared to flip up and sail in. In a season where defeat comes easy even this was the most cruel way to end empty handed.
Would agree with Andi about the announcing. Even Chuck a Puck was rushed to the point the teams were out waiting. Has everyone given up?
The big night has left the building.

31% of rink capacity, not the lowest crowd we have had this season that was 958 for a midweek game against the giants back in October. We are at an average gate off 1488 across all comps. Our games against the clan and to a lesser extent the stars are keeping our average up. We have only been above 2000 once and that was the first game of the season.
