Agree with all the points above but a fourth line only plays when your first and second are performing well, scoring and defending, if you are ahead in a game, so would you agree that we are not a team like that? We are always chasing a game so a fourth line would potentially never get on Catch 22, unless we have 2 solid goal scoring top defending lines a fourth line is pointless, in my opinion If Coolen gives us 2 lines like that then I would be up for more Brits and a fourth line

Would be better to have enough players to play 4 lines as would give our better players more of a rest during games and that should or would be more beneficial for us in long term would it not

Check the stats , they do and every other fourth line in the league do as well, I'm not looking for an argument or even a debate, truth is that's what happens in hockey from the nhl down , people on here saying we need quality Brits and we have two top quality Brits playing under the national coach who got sat only last night against a bottom of the league team God knows where you get your stats from as devil's 4th line of Duggan, Davies and Brandt played 8 minutes last night. Thats 8 minutes that you don't have to split up between your top 6 forwards. They also had +/- of 0 which is what I'd want from a 4th line which is 2/3 brits.

The +/- was because they never hit the ice for the time that flyers were in front, I said in my first post they played 8 mins so I'm not arguing with you , if flyers had Cardiff fourth line I think they would be sat in games that flyers need to win (unless we are up in the score line) but when we go behind the fourth line would be sat , no argument just that's what happens in hockey I get the 8 minute thing and yeah someone would be getting a bit of a breather, ask any of the current imports and they tell you they love playing the big minutes because it keeps them in the game, these guys are a lot fitter now than they were a few years ago
