2-5 end of 2 but Flyers in penalty trouble. 5 on 3 for another 1.51 when they re-start.
Hicks calling absolutely everything on both teams tonight.
A few really bad turn-overs caused by slack passing from the forwards in their own zone, but otherwise a really good performance. Again we have a secondary scoring threat tonight and we're refusing to be bullied. Bowns looking shaky but again the finishing has been sharp. Game looks like it has more goals in it- first 2 minutes are crucial.

Major solo effort from Stewart, Lukacevic and Da Costa dredited with another 2 goals give Fife a 5/2 lead going into the last. 5 on 3 start for Rays start of 3rd due to a holding penalty on Muir and a x/checking on Haines it would have been a sin to concede in those last few minutes, dumb penalties could still sway the result. Mariani came off second best against Muir and i would suspect a fractured cheek bone after the peach that landed on it, short but one sided fight with Big Nick talking to Smith in that period, guess he hasn't forgotten the cowardly Smith jumping him from behind when he was on the deck at Kirkcaldy. Very good road game by the Flyers at the moment with a big 2 minutes to contend with at start of the last 20mins.

This is stating the obvious but we MUST hold out here. Hull are the only catchable team IMO. We'd pull back to 10 points behind with 2 games in hand and still to play Hulll twice in Kirkcaldy. Still a tall order but something to cling on to at least. Hull also got injury probs now!

Great win in a rink we always struggle in but it's hard to get the hopes up at this stage.

Looked like somebody had the Flyers shirts on tonight and well done to them for a very clever road game against the Rays. Really thought Lauzon was taking liberties with the full facemask on ( BROKEN NOSE FROM mONDAY NIGHT PLAYING FOOTBALL WITH HIS TEAM MATES )don't think he will play that game without it.
