Dominated the second period and lost a stupid goal right at the death, could be costly. My feed has been perfect so far Stirling, no problems what so ever. What browser are you using? Tried rebooting my router, PC and refreshing feed multiple times. Have fibre broadband with speed >20MB. It's driving me completely mental tonight. The game has been unwatchable picture stutters every few seconds. Are you with BT perchance. I have 80Mb speed normally and have been getting 2-3Mb tonight. Just spent half an hour on talking to them and missed most of the 3rd period.

Great performance. Desperately unlucky. Better team lost. Cardiff could well win the league which shows that we should be up there as well, but we have underperformed far too often this season. This weekends results have mostly gone against us with Cov and Edin getting four points. Hull only getting one is a consolation but they have so many games in hand I'm sure they'll overtake us. Between us and Edin for 8th I'd say.

Just fired off a stinging email to Devils TV but not holding out much hope of a refund. Their webcasts have been hopeless on both games we've been down there this season.

I just put mines down to slow speeds tonight but I may just chance my arm too

I have BT Infinity with normally 80 Mb download That's twice now the Cardiff Stream has been atrocious The previous game they offered me a free game which was tonight's I e-mailed them and they said no reported problems at our end. Yes in this case it would appear the motto is the customer is always wrong. Hopefully when they get in their new shinny rink they will provide a better service I will be e-mailing them asking for my money back

Great road game tonight guys played well Devils second goal right on the buzzer I think that's the 3rd time that's happened this season. We were really unlucky to come away with nothing the better team lost indeed The commentators spoke highly of Flyers they fancy having Matt in a Devils jersey next season. I have said it before I hope the Devils go on to win the League now. Good weekend for all other teams sniffing around 6th spot apart from Hull. There will be lots more twists and turns to come yet apart from no Dundee in Playoffs this season

So, definitely no refund then...
"Sorry that you had problems watching the game tonight, but as has been mentioned according to the compensation policy (copied below) we cannot offer compensation unless there is a problem with the entire stream.
The vast majority of viewers didn't experience any problems tonight. There were a small number of viewers that had issues with buffering or stuttering video. It sounds like support suggested various things to resolve the problem. It seems there were possible issues with the BT network tonight that could have affected viewers, but we don't have the details of all ISPs affected.
Regards DTV
Compensation Policy
Any compensation will only be considered on a case by case basis for a total loss of the webstream for a period of more than 10 minutes actual game time. This may consist of a refund, partial refund or the issue of a free code for a future broadcast at our discretion.
Whilst we will try and help with local issues such as buffering or freezing, unless there is an issue that affects all viewers, we are unable to provide any compensation for a local internet or device problem.
Claims must be made by email only. Please note that no claims will be considered for complaints made after the game has finished."
Appalling customer service really. Given the poor feed last time you would think they would demonstrate a bit more goodwill. They won't get a penny from me again.

Minimum they should be offering a free Stream of next Devils v Flyers if not in play offs then next season, they stream for a reason more money in the door, however bad PR wont do them any good
