Injuries are killing us, we have a terrible run in to the end of the season as well.
Lets hope every one is fit and raring to go come play off time

Once Storm got in front we didn’t really look like winning. Plenty of graft as always, but mistakes cost us goals. From where I sit, it looked like Springer went for Heelis’ knee and got only 2 mins for tripping. Looked like a slash on Finucci which seemed to injure his ankle was again called tripping. We look to be struggling due to our lack of depth, coupled with the injury list, but still no shortage of bottle and hard work. Hopefully the injured players get back soon.

Can't fault the guys for effort, any team would struggle when you are missing arguably your four best players. Also did anyone else notice the conduct of Luke Moffatt before a puck was even dropped? absolutely disgusting behaviour, mocking the National Anthem by rocking from side to side and miming it in a zombie like fashion....shocking!

thanks for the updates Joe. Like others have said the injuries are a problem now plus not giving the brits enough ice time earlier in the season to get them "into the team" is a big set back. How much time the brits get tonight?

Cant really be surprised at that, missing their starting goalie and 3 of their 5 best players, can’t see why the coach didn’t play the brits more again last night, it was blatantly obvious they were nakard half way through, what’s Beattie here for? It’s a shame as I think we would have went through them with a full team last night, we’ve rode our luck to this point with running import only hockey and it’s coming back to bite us, but we’ve wrapped up the conference, and I think they’ll just muddle through from here and hopefully get a full line up for playoff time, however if he keeps running a short bench more injuries will come.

Once we saw who was missing getting anything out of this game was going to be a hard ask, even for this group of Flyers players who have shown enormous fight and heart this season.
I only watched the web cast, nothing beats being there live to get a true reflection of how a game went, but barring getting a surprise 2 goal lead it was one way traffic that I saw. The Flyers team that is is nothing near the Flyers team that was.
The most important thing now is to get our injured players back in the team and fit for the play offs.

We have continually overplayed players, obviously to their physical detriment, because of almost a point blank refusal by the coach to use Brits and give other players a breather. The logic is beyond me, but it is hurting us.
