The economy can’t take another lockdown The difference now is the majority of us have been vaccinated Omicron Delta Covid is something we are going to have to live with It’s not going away but seems Omicron is milder than the other variants Boosters are going to be a regular thing going forward for all of us But unfortunately until the whole world is vaccinated it will cause more of the same

The ticketing arrangements / free stream are not thought through other than from a future financial position and show no respect for the fans. There should be no free stream as this is effectively a refund of £15 per household, not what is often the case of £80 per household if ticket holders. Any money should either be refunded at the end of the season or discounted off the following seasons ticket. I think any future season tickets are going to be a hard sell though. Very selfish, greedy one way approach by the owners, should be following Dundee’s resolution. And why is the stream up by a fiver, is it An improved service? Absolutely taking the pi$$. This club is finished

I see the reason behind 200 tickets to generate income, however clubs are supposed to be getting some kind of government assistance. My issue is the season ticket holders getting offered the stream free which let's face it the stream quality in fife is c##p. Dundee offers season ticket holders option too reimburse or carry on next game. Not sure what clan are doing! Everyone saying club is in financial difficulty do you real think someone like muir is struggling his profit may be less than normal but seriously the guys not exactly poor, and given the contempt higher management presesnts towards fans it just adds too long line of failures by the club. Utter disgrace how fans are treated in fife.

You do have to ask the question though, why were people stupid enough to buy a season ticket in the first place during a global pandemic?

Your being unkind to people who help the club It’s a leap of faith To be fair to the club they reimbursed everyone for 2019/2020 season Season ticket holders still have two games to claim from that season ,1 will be home quarter final against the Steelers

You do have to ask the question though, why were people stupid enough to buy a season ticket in the first place during a global pandemic? Puts money into the club during these times. I've been a season ticket holder with Hearts since I was 5 years old, so 24 years. I bought my season ticket for last season knowing fine well I wouldn't see a game in person and in a lower league, but it put important money into the club.

Another statement issued
Many of you have questions regarding our earlier statement.
We would like to assure fans that the Club, as yet, haven’t decided on a final course of action regarding season ticket games affected by the recent government restrictions that currently limit us to 200 fans.
Any further decisions will be made once the Club knows what is happening with the previously postponed fixtures and how long the restricted crowd levels are in place.
It’s possible The Scottish Government could lift the crowd levels this week or next week, therefore the Club are awaiting updates before making any further decisions public. This will allow the club to know exactly how many season ticket games are affected.
We would also like to assure fans that the Club have not ruled out the options of carrying forward games or refunds being issued.
We acknowledge that this is a frustrating time for all fans and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding whilst awaiting further information from us.
