Hogg lost it after a couple of high challenges. Was wrong to put his stick in Holeckos face. He was about to take a pasting so I don't have a problem with Pitts stepping in. The game was done and a game penalty wasn't going to hurt us but Hoggy getting hurt could have.

Can't blame McIntyre I have no idea what Pitton was thinking but it was not sticking up for his team mate. Hogg put his blade under Holecko's visor and the Caps player lashed out (never seen him do that before he seems a good guy) Hogg deserved whatever he had coming, putting your blade purposely in someone's face is something only an idiot would do. Very embarassing for him and Pitton. Glad Holecko made mincemeat of him for the 5 seconds before the 3rd man in, will perhaps make him act a bit more professionally in future. I don't see anybody blaming MacIntyre for anything? I presume given that as most of your 6 posts are on Caps related threads, you are a Caps fan?

Jumping in to pull a guy off that is just about to give your team mate a pasting is not sticking up for your team mate!! I don't get that. Irrespective if Hogg deserved a few punches to the head for his antics, you don't watch a team mate take it, you step in for him.
In those situations I don't understand why Mcintyre and Caister don't get third man in also, is it the case that once, one third man in occurs its a free for all afterwards? Not sure on the rules there.

Given the user name, I'd put money on it being a Dundee floorball player who supports the Caps and thinks he can wind up Flyers fans.

The first period I thought Caps were really good to watch, going forward at least.
The passing they put together on the attack was fantastic but they just lacked that final touch.
