Excellent game tonight made even better with the defeats for Dundee and Braehead.
Flyers played superbly for much of the game and created lots of scoring opportunities. Thought we had it won at 4 - 3 but gave away an easily avoidable goal to tie it up again.
Need to carry this performance over to tomorrow night and make ti a four point weekend. See you at Murrayfield.

Do we not go to 6th in the league overall tonight after that win and losses for braehead and stars?

Great win for the team, and well done to Daly for stepping up and getting the job done. Only worry is how tired we looked, even the short trip over the Forth may be too much for them although I do hope I'm wrong.

A lot of battered bodies at the end of that game. I thought Casey was done again when he winced and limped off and then headed back to the dressing room. Not sure if he was getting painkillers or better strapping but he came back out and saw the game out. Looked about 60%, probably a combination of pain and fitness.
At 3-1 I thought we were fairly comfortable then we gave up a SHG and the momentum swung. Devils quickly sussed that Blair was good down low being a small goalie so started firing their shots high, which is how their goals came.

top game for blair i am sure that did his confidence the world of good, hopefully it was done to give him a game and not any problem with brian pitton, agree we looked tired tonight , hopefully that doesnt carry over to edinburgh, but they should be tired after there game a braehead.

You don't just throw your back up into a game that is 2-1 after the first apparently Brian has a groin strain

Superb game tonight not for the faint hearted!! Looked like we were crusing at 3-1 then the SHG sucked the life out of the Auld Barn. Thought Derek Keller and Zach Carriveau had a great game and good to see Blair getting another turn between the pipes and a worthy MOM. Dare i say it if we can pull off a win tomorrow night..... heres hoping

It was clear Pittons pulled his groin when he came out to stop the puck and did the splits in an awkward position. I hope he only came off as a precaution but time will tell. Caister also took a knock in the game with a late hit, kyle Limped off at one point, Haines clearly Isn't 100%(I hope he was just getting better strapped when he went off) carriveau looks to be carrying a knock as does Hogg.. All going well please give us another imp as we WILL Get injuries

Really don't have a worry in our back up if Pitts is out for a game or two Blair is learning all the time and has great ability.
Yeah we definitely need another body in hopefully we can get one in before it is too late.

Just aim high, he's always down before the puck leave the tape. Put in a good shift tonight though, good to see him winning the shoot out and us getting the 2 points.
