Apparently the interview in tomorrows FFP has danny telling it straight. Allan crowe got it spot on earlier on twitter saying we as a club are at a crossroads, we need to improve and show intent.

We are at a crossroads. Four seasons into this league and surely we have seen enough of it to now know what its all about and what to expect. Its difficult not to agree with most peoples view that in many ways we have gone into this so far in a pretty half hearted way.
We don't start the season full strength, we don't react with any urgency when players are injured or they are under performing. Fitness levels can be questioned as can be coaching tactics. The never ending stories of pre-game training being a pie and a pint, true or not, doesn't do our image any good at all.
It's time to kick into gear now. A more professional approach right through the organisation must be implemented if we are to do anything in this league.

I've stated before the lack of commitment from the owners and was shot down in flames by some. The organization as a whole needs to be more professional on and off the ice. Hopefully this season we will see a more grittier, physical team that wants to win at all costs every time they hit the ice.
