Iv never bought the braehead thing, you telling me the 500-1000 they get extra offset the massive arena costs? Judging by the amount of money they spunk on their roster in terms of both imports and Brits I'd wager it makes some difference! Of course this season they're showing us that money isn't everything. Never mind the fact they are owned and bankrolled by black. Who pretty much runs the league. And I'd wager a bet that if he didn't bank roll them. There is NO WAY they would compete like they do. (Or don't so far this season) They would be in no position to sign players that they do. Not a chance

They have been up for sale for some time now....................no takers, local (Weegie)football club owner was reputed to be strongly canvassed but didn't take up the option.

Whats the news on Stockton The club has not come out not said he is out for the season, long term injury it says in the press I know some of the fans said that Stockton himself has said he is out for the season But again you would think that would have come from the Club. If he is indeed out why are we delaying brining in a replacement Do we need to lose another 4 in a row before there is action Stars Storm Steelers Panthers Blaze Clan have all done something about it and quickly Fife its the iron curtain, if there's interesting names lets get them in Chaumont is not the answer its a quality player in his prime that can score goals and can stand up for the team is what we need

I've never understood the clubs archaic approach to keeping the fans informed. Is there really that much disdain for those who keep the organisation afloat?
Stockton is out long-term, that's all we know. Replacements are drastically needed, we need some form of statement from the club to simply keep us up to speed with regards to Shaynes situation, not every detail of his injury, but at least the premise of what's happened. Reinforcements should be almost brought in instantly as and when required. Storm, for example, are head and shoulders above us in that department.
It's irritating that we don't have a media officer or actual PR staff, rather than some supporters who are a bit above their station IMO.

FWIW I've heard that Shayne has ruptured his ACL, and is back home recuperating. No idea if this is accurate or not, just what I've been told...

There you go then. Just shows how quickly Chinese whispers spread without news from the club

Yeah he's been doing all sorts of odd jobs to earn his keep while injured. He was in the cafe frying chips during the thursday night public skate and I've seen him chasing the rats out from underneath Section H.

Yeah, I heard last Sunday from an impeccable source it was ligament damage and out for minimum 4 months most likely. No idea if he`s home or not though but certainly looks like his season is over.

Having read the interview with Ned in the programme I wouldn't be surprised to see him back for Stockton. Talking about being in talks with a couple of clubs and coming back to Britain this month.

Refers to Fife as his 2nd home and says he made a mistake leaving. After the interview it would not shock me to see him back. Ned on his game would walk into any team in this league, Neds problem is he isn't always on his game.

On his game wasn't often enough unfortunately, if he ever fulfilled his potential he would be in the show. He's not what we need and I think this interview is him simply trying to find a job because unfortunately for him he's known in a lot of leagues he's played in and he's been inconsistent his whole career.

Aye my thoughts too. Not entirely sure that Ned is the answer though. He can certainly be a game changer, but didn't seem to have the enthusiasm to turn up every night and that's where I have a problem with Ned.

Please to God noooooooooo, the worst thing that could happen to this club, getting this lazy, selfish, prima Donna back in the team, would spoil the dressing room but be good for local bookies I spose
