Hello all you lovely Flyers fans, Friendly Devils fan here!
I've started this thread because I am very keen on learning about the origins of our great sport of ice hockey in the UK.
I hear all of the time that the Flyers are the oldest team in the UK so naturally I've come here to see what you lot can teach me and where you can direct me to learn more.
So let's have it then, how did it all get started?

Don't worry, the club's basically living history..still run like it's 1938. Absolutely unbelievable.
