Yeah you can, I only offered cos the lack of a ticket seemed an easy obstacle to overcome. Unfortunately I can't teleport some key imports back from Australia, so I might just give this weekend a miss now Kdybhoy I prefer to select my seats, whilst this may be a quiet game I prefer not to chance my luck. Gmac thanks for the kind offer but I have made other plans now.

Did anyone get an update as to which day the online ticket system is turned on for next weekends game ?
Are tickets available from the ticket office or do we have to wait for the online service to go active.

I asked when i got my tickets for this weekend and was told that the on line system is expected to be up and running next Tuessday.

I asked about when we could collect our season tickets and was advised that it was hoped they would be here for next weekend. Will be interesting to see how that works out, with the normal ticketing system, not due to be up and running until Tuesday and potentially a big crowd here next Saturday. At least last year, season tickets were available on the last pre season weekend, saving fans who have spent a fair amount in advance the inconvenience of having to go into the rink midweek to collect tickets. Also disappointed in the lack of communication from the club about season ticket collection

And they can’t keep blaming a break in. Box office tickets affectsd by break in fair enough. But online is because they have switched supplier and managed it badly. They need to start updating people on what is going on and when people can decide if they are going to risk appearing on Saturday for a seat or not.

They really need to come out and say what's going on but we know that aint the Fife way.

I emailed customer support at Eclipseticketing (the old ticketing company) before pre-season asking why the old ticket links on the flyers website were failing to load due to certificate errors, the reply I got (from Oxynade, the SaaS ticketing platform provider) said Eclipse Ticketing were dissolved (presumably during the off season). That being the case, there was no option to continue with that system. Doesn't explain why steps weren't taken earlier to implement and test a new system though.
