Great idea BUT it should be free and shouldn’t have age restrictions on it. Building better relations with fans if they are the right age and willing to pay!
Not convinced it’s been fully thought through tbh. It will probably be a good event but given how folk feel at the moment Bari could be heading into a tough crowd.
Hope those who do go enjoy it but I won’t be heading along to listen to two lads chatting. Can do that in the bar after a game.

I asked why it's not free and this was the reply Evebts that are ticketed but free often see a fair number then not turning up. That's the experience of many who have gone down that route. We need tickets to manage numbers so thete is a modest cost. You'll get more than a fiver's worth of entertainment.

Age thing is probably more due to licensing at the venue, rather than them wanting to exclude younger fans. Some places that sell alcohol can't have under 16s in after a certain time.
Tbf to them at least they're trying to do something different to help engage with fans. Won't be a cure all but it's a step in the right direction, trying to bridge the gap a bit and actually acknowledging there's an issue. If it helps to open up dialogue with the people in the club who can actually make the changes, then I'm all for it. Just hope the general frustration/discontent among the fan base doesn't get directed at the guys putting the night on.

This looks to me like it is going to be similar to Flyers Live but at Styx at a cost and with the FFP editor in tow too. Hope I’m wrong and that is something new and imaginative (not convinced), with the opportunity for fans to be able to get an idea of what the players are like. If this is about raising cash for the club, well, fine as the current fund raising activities look poor to say the least. For example, the club shop not open when the rink opens for match night and the “Shirt of the back” promotion is half hearted at least. I haven’t seen a ticket seller yet on the penalty box side of the rink.

That along with 50/50 sellers in a 3 man huddle in the corner talking to their pals and each other as you walk in with no attempt to seek sales, there is just no oomph or pro activeness about just about anything with the club..back to the same old story..they need someone in charge to really take a grip of this club.

In fairness to one of the 50/50 sellers, he is in about the seats between periods in Section B at least selling tickets. Agree that there is no oomph about the club in numerous different areas. Needs a GM or similar to take a grip of things, to root out the complacent hangers on and have things run in a more professional manner.

Yeah I buy mine off him as he seems to be the only one trying ...we excel in a couple of areas at the club but we badly need a Captain to steer the ship..but like I said in another thread, the will just isn't there.

So far this season I've bought 50/50 tickets in the queue in the carpark, just inside the front door, inside the rink at the first corner, in my seat in section B and in the bar between periods. They're not hiding 🤣🤣🤣
