hahahaha not a chance.
Any coach who want's to keep any sort of reputation or know's this league and the players who have played in Fife would know to stay well clear! Why, because everyone who's anyone know's the owners of the club don't allow the coach to recruit, they all know you submit a wish list and the owners tell you yes or no, as they control the purse and don't give you a budget to work from.
I had a look at other teams coaching changes since we joined the elite league and our season's records -
We have had 1 head coach since we joined the EIHL (9 seasons)- (I deliberately left out Storm and Flames due to their changes and short time in league)
Dundee - 4 head coaches
Glasgow - 6 head coaches
Fife - 1 head coach
Cardiff - 2 head coaches (very successful)
Coventry - 4 head coaches
Sheffield - 5 head coaches
Nottingham - 3 head coaches
Belfast 5 head coaches
2011/12 season was out worst season with only 8 wins and 40 losses
2019/20 season currently sitting at 11 wins 21 losses and looking to be our second worst season.
Every other season we have been around +/- 50 hockey. Our best season so far has been 2017/18 with 33 wins 21 losses, a Gardner conference win and a semi final spot at the play offs. Last season fell short on the league and we lost out on everything else in the second half of the season (from the looks of what I can see with more losses than wins).
So what has changed from half way through last season? Two different teams I know, but still on the downwards slope???
We hear all the grumblings about other things in the club, but there has to be a bigger reason.
