Does anybody else share the thought that perhaps it might be an ideal opportunity to bring in a new coach and allow new ways of thinking for next season? Might create a freshness about the club. Just a thought!

A valid point made and one that I hope the owners take note of.

Fan pressure plays a part at other clubs. I'm thinking a recent example was at Sheffield when Paul Thompson was replaced by Barrasso largely down to a number of underperforming signings and poor results. I wonder why the same couldn't happen at Fife

Because there is no ambition with the owners. TD has the easiest coaching job in Hockey no other club in the league would want him, mind you it has taken an amazing 9 years to go full circle......and he only underestimated the league in the first one ......surely?

Yeah, he sure does appear to have a secure nail holding up his jacket. Is it also a bit of lack of passion by the fans as well as ambition by the owners? You'd think the owners and the fans would be wanting more from a coach. They must think he is doing something right for the club.

TD will make fergie's stint at Man U look like a short stay by the time we get rid of him. The only way is for new ownership, as there is clearly no ambition with this lot as he should have been fired after two seasons, or sooner.

Its no a nail hoddin his jacket its being held up by gorilla tape, cement, a hundred nails and super glue just to be sure

I wonder why the same couldn't happen at Fife Steelers fire coaches who win trophies, their owners want to win everything all the time. They drill that into the players at the start of every season. The two clubs (in how they operate) are miles apart. Steelers don't win anything for one season it brings a full business review and changes are made so that they are back into the no 1 spot. As much as I hate to say this the flyers are so far behind that mindset it actually scary.

The remit at the start of the season would have been to advance from the Challenge Cup group stage and make it into the play offs. We have failed on both counts so Todd should do the honourable thing and stand down. Only problem is what self respecting, ambitious coach would want to take on the job when it’s blatantly obvious how amateurish and out of touch the whole organisation is?

The remit should be build a winning team and compete for a trophy, like Guildford did in season 2 getting to the challenge cup final. This club should push the top 3/4 teams every season. Blaze are sniffing around the top places this season they are still in the mix for the title (unlikely i know but they are still in it).

Guildford is a team we should be looking at a team with a smaller fan base than we have but seems to have the right blend of what it takes to do well in the league

BTW their crowd average is 434 higher than ours this season!
