The remit at the start of the season would have been to advance from the Challenge Cup group stage and make it into the play offs. We have failed on both counts so Todd should do the honourable thing and stand down. Only problem is what self respecting, ambitious coach would want to take on the job when it’s blatantly obvious how amateurish and out of touch the whole organisation is? The remit should be build a winning team and compete for a trophy, like Guildford did in season 2 getting to the challenge cup final. This club should push the top 3/4 teams every season. Blaze are sniffing around the top places this season they are still in the mix for the title (unlikely i know but they are still in it). Totally agree that the remit should be set higher, but unfortunately there lies the problem....lack of ambition.

Question is I suppose, can TD take us to the next level if he can't take us to the current lower level?

Question is I suppose, can TD take us to the next level if he can't take us to the current lower level? He has had 9 seasons, that tells everybody everything they ever need to know.

9 seasons ago Tam Muir said "We are not going in the elite league just to make up the numbers, we are in it to compete"
Still waiting!!

Is it far to say the buck firmly sits on TD's shoulders for the disastrous season we have had?
If he's not going to be fired by the owners come the end of the season should he be saying to himself that he has done all he can for the club and do the honourable thing and step aside?
I for one don't see this happening.

Don’t see it happening either, I can’t remember him ever taking responsibility when things go wrong, it’s always the players fault, the same players that he signed.

I for one don't see this happening. His ego would never let this happen. He ain’t ever wrong. Win a game after 14 losses first thing said I’m not going mad we haven’t changed anything and this proves it works. Again after 14 straight losses!
