An excellent player who puts in a hard shift every single night. He's often quite underrated due to the role he has been asked to take on the team. When in Edinburgh and his last season in the ECHL he was the top points scorer and go-to guy on the team. That changed when he came to Fife. I really hope if he returns that we get to see that side of his game, and I would suggest Dutes and Hutchy release him a bit more to show that side of his game.

Cazzola would be one of very few of last seasons team that I would have back. Don’t know what he was like in the dressing room of course, but what I saw of his on ice leadership, I would like to see him considered as Captain if he returns.

Cazzola gone to the alps. Best place for him...he was soft as sh**e. Got his uni degree and disappeared like most canucks coming over.

Bit harsh if you ask me, he was one of the hardest working imports I've ever seen in a Flyers jersey. You cannot blame him at all for looking after no.1 in this current situation.

He wasn't a physical player but he did ALL the dirty work so really can't believe you're saying he's soft. Regardless - our best player by a country mile. Arguably man of the match most weeks. Huge loss- we don't get many as good as him with his work ethic.

Cazzola will be a loss. I wasn't keen on him when he signed but he won me over, a consistent performer who gave 100% every night, not many of last years imports you could say that about.

Every player leaves at the end of season unless they are on a multi-year deal. Its their job and they move on. It would have been a decent signing to get him back but there are many others to pick from.

He has spoken many times about guys not coming back or retiring. The club get PR wrong a lot of the time but Dutes has spoke many times on ex players and what they did for the club during their time in Flyers colours. On Cazzola I was happy when we first signed him but his flyers career didnt start well, he did however over time become one of our top players night in night out. Will be a big loss in my eyes.

thing is though todd will have something to say weeks or even months later after theyve left
if I remember correctly he once spoke about young and moyer leaving as the season was starting
sorry but the man aint got a clue when it comes to commitment to keeping fans in the loop and his role in media responsebility
