How many games will he last before an injury? He was good about 4 years ago but there is a reason he was in the German 3rd tier.

Say what you want but I always felt Chase Schaber cared about putting on the jersey. A big character that lifts the rest of the team and always felt something good could happen when he was on the ice.
Yes we need size, yes we need craft but just as importantly we need leaders and we just got one.
Welcome back Chase! The ticket price just got a wee bit more worthwhile.

Maybe one for Rossco - how many games has Chase Schaber played for the Flyers?
In the week that Steve Bruce might complete 1000 managerial games, how many games has TD either played in, or coached?

Chase makes us better there can be no debate out that. A quality centre on our second line.
Still need a first line left wing to play with McNicholas and Greg (Someone in the mould of Goat would be ideal).
2nd Line: Stadnyk Chase and a New Right Wing (Bulmer esque)
3rd Line Benson Peacock McKenzie
Make those changes and we are looking better.
Defensively need to get rid of Naslund and add two new D Men. That would maximise our changes for the year

Not how it will work - bottom line is we can sign 5 more non home grown players - leaving a spare for a goalie in emergency - we don't have to release anyone to make signings (in theory) as we can carry up to 5 spares on top of 14 - but we are two short already so we obviously won't reach that number. So in theory what happens if you have made all your changes and 3 players decide to leave, you have to run short or allowed emergencies? Seems a really strange ruling, and not out the realms of possibility we make the required changes, it gets no better, and Owen and Chase for example get better offers as happened with Siddall etc first season. Then you are screwed - simple as that. The ruling does not reward either bad recruitment or teams with budgets to operate revolving doors. Your scenario is real doomsday stuff but of course could happen - I'll wager now it doesn't. Of course the flip side is that there would be opportunities to bring up Brits ... errrr 😯 |

Despite what was published in the EIHL article then I assume copied by the FFP - Schaber has played 209 games 80 goals 84 assists. TD has coached 864 games. |

Registering Grigors for a few games and him taking up one of the maximum 20 import places has to be one of the craziest decisions made by the club, just doesn't make any sense at all.
