We looked ok if a bit undersized. Anderson and Adelgran got in to good scoring positions all night before Anderson eventually got his reward with the goal. Chase, Carter and McNicholas definitely showed their experience and quality. Krogh did not get many shifts but he was about the only Flyer to nip back at a Dundee player who was getting a bit rough with him. We will come up against bigger, badder guys than Haas this season and I don't think we can rely on the officials to protect us. I am not expecting the final import to be an enforcer but a big body that will stand his ground would definitely be my preference. A young Scottish player getting ragdolled and the goalie getting sprayed should always provoke a response but our guys turned away from it. That was the only real negative from what was an enjoyable first night back home.

Is there an official score sheet posted anywhere? Can’t find one anywhere. I’m looking for SOG for both games. Stars site has incomplete details and Flyers site has none.

Loved that on Saturday. The game probably wasn't the best, there was no off ice entertainment and the queue to get in needs some work. Just being back smelling curry sauce on chips and seeing a team taking to the ice was enough for me.
Strange not seeing Goats, Finnuchi..... but there were a few that look as though they will fill the void. What is it about the number 91? Chase looks like he will be fun to watch.
Thought every European was very good. Emmerdahl just sees the game slower, reacts better and was as composed as ever. He had Dundee forwards in his back pocket throughout so to find room to hide the puck there as well?
Adam Morrison looked good for them early and was starting to rue missing him but Shane Owen soon sorted that daft thought.
Brilliant panto with Haas putting in a hit on I think McNicholas, only for him to get up and promptly put Haas on his backside. Enter Jamieson to do exactly the same and Haas lost it. Haas then spent the next few shifts looking to protect himself rather than his goal and was caught out, spending more time sitting.
Dundee looked the more settled side, possibly to be expected given the Flyers are still a group of strangers but the smart interchanges started to happen and there was enough there to make me think we will have a fair few good nights in the Auld Barn - a place I've missed more than I knew.
