Another midweek game
If we get the same effort as last Wednesday v Steelers should be a good game only 591 fans last week
Panthers have continued to blow hot and cold and make the long journey

An entertaining game that Flyers deserved to take at least the point they got. Pretty even first with Flyers responding 26 seconds after Panthers equaliser to go in 2-1 up. Benson and Peacock getting the goals.
Emmerdahl put Flyers 3-1 up just over three minutes into the second but Carroza got the first of his hat trick to make it 3-2. Carr made a great double save to prevent Flyers going further ahead.
Panthers looked to come out with more purpose in the third and made it 3-3, four minutes into the period. Flyers came back into the game and made a few good chances before the end and Panthers had their moments too.
Overtime was over before we had a chance to settle down to it. Loss of possession allowed Carroza to skate in on Owen and tuck the puck home.
Glad to get a point, but really could have been two. Powerplay looked better tonight than a Sunday, but was unable to score.
Need four points from Manchester this weekend.

Just watched the highlights, I’m a fan of Lawrence but whose idea was it to have him on playing defensively 3 on 3? Mental!
