I would say Gerrie, I haven’t been overly impressed with him. Totally disagree regarding Lawrence, he is a marmite player I think but I think that he brings a lot to the team. Dillon Lawrence is another that I think needs to step his game up a bit. It’s not that they’re bad players, both are triers and D Lawrence is a fantastic skater

For me he looks one step behind and tired easily, and is no longer the physical presence he once was. Although this could be coaching, as there's a marked difference. Dillon I actually think tries really hard but never seems to have any luck in front of net, but a good grafter. But we agree on Gerrie looks totally out of sorts.

I have to disagree with the selections on this post. Ok Kivilahti is probably our best player but the rest are either carrying an injury or don’t have the fitness level required for this level of hockey. Johansen brings nothing to the game. He’s a huge guy but doesn’t use it. Chris Lawrence, Zack Phillips, Jane Laakonen have had their day and are now past their best. Watch Phillips during the game. He gets the puck and stops to make a pass. Yes he knows where the goals are and has a good eye for it but takes forever to get there. Dillon Lawrence. Another huge guy who has no presence on the ice. So out of this team who would you keep for next year? And I am not talking about Brit players. Reece Cochrane is making great progress in his career as a player. But will we be able to hold onto him??
