Potentially massive game. Fancy the Flyers to start well and be in control of the game by the end of the first period. Going for a 4-1 win

I wont be there tonight but I suspect we will play better at home as usual.

I think it will be a battle with lots of penalties. I fear we don't have enough quality players to make the difference. I fear a 4:2 defeat. However knowing what is at stake we may just rise to the challenge. We must keep 5 on the ice and not take silly penalties.

Flyers cannot afford to lose tonight it really is a 4 pt game now, going on home form a win should be on the cards but it depends on which Fife team come out that room.

Hull will be up for this one, 2 points will see them tied with the Caps and 2 behind us. I reckon it will be a Flyers win 5-3. I also reckon Mr Hand will make the highlights, game will be full of penalties, hope we get a different ref, surely not Wilson or Cowan..........

Wilson is in Dundee so it'll be Cowan, sigh. Even if we win, it's still another series against teams in our conference where we split the points. Other teams are picking up 4 points each weekend. We are still 3 points behind Dundee but now having played 2 games more.
I reckon we will either miss the play-offs or finish 8th. Finishing 8th is no good as you'll play a top seed from down south and I reckon we'll fall at the first hurdle. All these teams are gearing up and getting their squads ready for it, our squad is all injured/exhausted.

The thing is we have 3 lines and no spares the guys will have been told not to fight or take major pens, if Hand does start we can't afford to lose a man. Best way to deal with him is to get a few goals up and let Clouts limit his ice time as they have to chase the game.

Someone asked him if he meant Philly and he said you assume WRONG. Weird!

Big game for us tonight but for some reason I have a feeling of impending doom. Can't see past a Stingrays win but hope I'm wrong. Mon the Flyers!

Hull don't have a backup goalie What would happen if their goalie got injured tonight? Surely it couldn't be like football where an outfield player takes over. Could it? Been watching hockey twenty years and honestly never thought about what would happen in that eventuality.
