Seems to go down onto his knees, and gets caught out of position would be my assessment. But, that said, what do I know

any goalie in any team sport there first job is to stop the inital shot and if not defence around then it's up to you to stop all shots, if you do have a defence in front of you they should be helping and providing additional cover to clear your goal area it's a team sport for a reason your a team help each other out

Rebounds are definitely more dangerous

It is interesting to consider how many MOM awards Brown has. Must be miles ahead of anyone else, is 3,4 or 5 he's won already? He does make the initial save, I wonder if maybe his style is just more frantic. I was a BIG fan of Zemmer, but even if you think back to Zem, he did like to slide about like a Wasp in a Carrier bag at times, and looked flustered, when he obviously felt he was in control of things.

Zemmer was a terrible goalie with an even worse attitude. He shipped a ton of goals, but had the excuse of a bad team in front of him. Got found out when he went to Braehead. I don't even think he played hockey again after his stint at Belfast despite begging on social media for a team to pick him up.

It baffles me that he still lives in England and commutes up here for training and games. That's mental. Why haven't the flyers sorted this out? If they haven't already of course.

Dave stays up here and am sure he said to Graeme (murdochhockey) he only travels down something like once every 6 weeks or something like that! Most of his studying can be done on his computer at home

Most of his studying can be done on his computer at home Cant remember the exact time line but he did say that the dates for visits to hull for uni had all been sorted out before the season started and that he would be doing the bulk of the work from here. Have to say I don't feel confident with him still but he doing well and as has already been mentioned 4 or 5 MOM's is good going. His penalty shot saves on Saturday were very good.
