Simple question, as other topic was being side-tracked by other equally important stuff.

Any other club in the EIHL would have seen through him in year 1, his interview in the FFP just sums him up. Definite YES.

OH YES.Sheffield won the league last year and changed their coach.Toddd and Danny seem to be content that we were better than Edinburgh and Dundee. This season,so far we are not even better than them.Everyone in the league has sussed us out,and we must be the easiest team to play against..Time for change !!!!!!

Don't think it will happen, the flyers hierarchy are not prone to making decisions which will unsettle the club this early in the season. Maybe they came up with a 5 year plan when joining the EIHL and are sticking to it? (No sniggering at the back)

It is a 100% yes for change from me. Not going back till it happens.

Don't think it will happen any time soon Its a huge adjustment to try and make at this stage of a season and very costly, the interim period while change is being implemented would be disastrous. I think any managerial change will come at end of the season unless we win something. Personally it would be great to see the team to go on a run and turn this around, you would also like to think that the Ownership and Management have sat down and discussed what adjustments need to be made to salvage something, time will tell

Never going to happen as any other option will be considerably more expensive than T and D. As I have said before who would coach Flyers anyway, given the fact that a large chunk of the team is part time and not able to compete with most of their counterparts at other teams. Until we see a commitment to upgrading our Brit players to Full time nothing will change, and that includes the coaches.

They might lose 6 on the spin

The last guy (Rab Petrie) that had a 5 year plan didn't last anywhere near that. Ronnie Plums second stint didn't get too far so they have made changes in the past, no other EIHL club would have given Todd this amount of time for sure and still be bottom of the league.

As i've said before I will be very surprised if there are any changes this season! As much as I think They all have to go, I can't see anyone benig sacked or replaced this season
It would be interesting to see how much Todd & Danny are getting paid, and also weighing up how much more money it would cost to replace them with someone else demanding a bigger wage and budget for the team?

I'm voting No. Now if the question was do we need new owners, the answer would be very different.
