A wee bit over a week since the meeting. Has there been any outcome? Not meaning that to be a snide dig if there hasn't, just haven't seen anything. Not seen anything much either including Ali’s liaison officer. Apparently a fan has something on Twitter about fundraising to pay for fixture lists and posters for fans to distribute next season. I hope she has got some positive reactions from the club.

Heard nothing in response to my letter. If I've still heard nothing by next week I'll email it over to Jack directly. Don't mind if it's a no thanks but just want to know it's been considered and isn't another thing that disappears into the abyss

Thanks Andi and Perfectnightmare.
That's not so good. Had hoped for some better early indications but may be I need to be more patient. My fear is that if it gets to the close season interest will wane and we are back to North Korean style communication.
Not sure about the Liaison Officer. Liaising with who for a start? Is there a supporters group? I would think only the bravest and thick skinned need apply too. Messengers have a tendency to get shot.
Is there no interest in a supporter's group?

I put myself forward for liaison, made it easy for them since they seemed to expect the fans to propose things rather than them identify what roles need filled (backwards logic).
Background wise I've got a media degree and healthcare background (including training and coaching). So able to see what's lacking media wise, and how partnerships with local colleges could benefit both the club and graduating students needing references. How they could better use social media and events to keep interest up in the off season.
I'm also able to work in high pressure environments, and manage difficult characters/situations to get the best out of people, both as individuals and as part of a team. I doubt there's anything could be said/done to me that's any worse than I've been subjected to in the 12 years I was working for the NHS. Gotta be thick skinned for that s**t. Not afraid of being disliked by the clique, again been a goth for 17 of my 32 years so go figure!
I also have previous experience working in entertainment and PR teams, and have a lot of ideas - my brain never stops so if I was given the go ahead to work on things, they'd be done to a high standard and with the whole "think outside the box" mentality.
I'm not giving up yet, won't until I've had a clear answer from either Jack or Tam directly. Approaching the off season and now is the time to start making changes before they drive even more fans away.

Well done for trying.

Hi Perfectnightmare. Hope you get a reply but not holding my breath on that one. Something needs to happen to get rid of the clique. ,

Have a feeling that the Q and A session was nothing more than a tick the box exercise to pacify the fans. Before they know it, it'll be the end of the season and the fans will no longer be causing trouble. Then it'll be onto the next season and TD will be given the green light to do it all over again.
Having been around the rink for 40 years, experience suggests that realistically not much will change.

Yup pretty much exactly how I saw it, say the right thing to settle things down. Then the team has also won a few games so there is no build up of frustration from the masses so let’s just settle back into normal procedures. Hate to say it but a decent crowd tomorrow will just convince them even more that all is well again.

And in all honesty the owners really don't care or have the will to change it

And again tonight, no updates for a home game In this day and age that is just outrageous. All the people that sacrificed their time to go along to the Bay hotel the other week must now be thinking what a waste of time that was.

All the people that sacrificed their time to go along to the Bay hotel the other week must now be thinking what a waste of time that was. Still not even a final score on Facebook an hour after the game. Hope the “media manager” isn’t on a salary. Aware it is only a short time from the night at The Bay, but there looks like there is little improvement evident on the many aspects of the organisation that can be made so much better.
