Maybe someone could have advised Tam & Jack that a way to approach the night was to start with an "address to the nation". The key questions were out there, they had the time to prepare whatever response they wanted, put their version of events forward, BS or not BS as much as they wanted but it was a chance to show some empathy with the audience and more importantly leadership. That's what depressed me the most. Rudderless would be worrying enough had there also not been so many leaks having sprung. It's all very well saying nothing changes until they sell but I shudder to think what state the while thing will be in by then and if it's even salvagable. In the meantime it's no use just sitting back and accepting no change, we should talk with them, email, write letters, organise initiatives that are within our control as fans. Whatever it my be but positive ideas and who knows the penny might still drop. Yes some have already tried, well try again. Anything less and we are as complicit as they are if the current direction of travel continues. One thing has to be said - the turn out was absolutely incredible on a Tuesday night. That show of concern from so many people in itself should be enough to trigger a response. I’m not convinced it will - and there’s the problem. I don’t think they key questions were asked in the right way to be honest, but you’re right - the Directors had a chance to use them as a starting point to put across all kinds of positive messages but didn’t. Most questions weren’t answered at all or with very blunt responses. They were fobbing them off- they didn’t want to be there. The employment of a GM is for me the only hope we have. Funny, I have bothered people over the last 18 months that without knowing him personally that after Jimmy Isaacs graduates that running the show at the Flyers would be right up his street. There have been some flashes from him in the past. A player-GM. Yes the turnout tonight was very encouraging, just hope the result hasn't done more damage than good. That group of people and any others who couldn't manage to be there can still effect change at the club.

I’m sure he has a role to play but definitely needs stood down from all the interviewing stuff etc. He should not have hosted tonight’s event- has too much of a vested interested in covering up some of the inadequacies within the club. Not sure he was entitled to mute the guy who wanted to discuss the DJ during the ‘match-night experience’ segment either tbh. aye it was me he muted, the reason being he didnt want anyone getting personal? Right after Hutchins was absolutely ripped into. Im done with this club and 100% wont be renewing my season ticket. What makes it worse aswell is he shut you down before you said anything negative so he knew fine well what was going to be said, so they know no one wants that moron up in that box yet he’s still there. Awful

You will be disappointed by the feedback you get. They ain’t interested one bit. No one has come forward to run a supporters club. Reality is they disbanded the old one and went out if their way to ignore the unofficial one that followed. I wouldn’t believe half of what they came out with tonight TBH. They ain’t gonna change, wish I was wrong but their track record says I’m not. Aye that may be the case, but if no one tries to help get them to broaden their ideas then nothings ever gonna change. Everything is too disjointed, and way more of a scattergun effect than the coordinated approach that's desperately needed to pull things together. If it's costing them as much to operate the club under current circumstances, it'd be daft to not accept any help/ideas on offer. Hats off to them for what they've done for the team, just need some help getting things up to the standard fans expect. I'll be addressing anything I send to them personally to make sure its getting to them. If it doesn't then that's another story. I did think that Ali did way more talking than the directors did tho, which was a bit annoying given it was their insight we were there for. Tam did look nervous, but I guess it's understandable going into a crowd like that knowing the general feeling lately.

Do wonder how many more people would have gone if there were more tickets available. If it doesn't show there's an appetite for change dunno what would

I wasn't there last night so if I have missed a lot of the context please forgive me.
I wasnt aware there are just 2 directors. If that is the case then no wonder the Flyers are where they are. I doubt even Richard Branson and Alan Sugar could do that job alone. The 2 probably do a great job and again I am sure that the core business is sound. It is everywhere else that is lacking.
I totally agree with Rossco in his comment that if you dont help you are as complicit. It is how you help.
Do you offer to help and shore up what is there, or do you start a community trust, to help or do you find entirely different owners and investors?
I dont know anyone in the last group and tried the first one. Is there the appetite for a trust or some other structure to help? It has worked at least 3 of the 4 senior football clubs in Fife.

If you look at Companies House two active Directors Tom and Jack and a chap called Thomas Graham who is active as Fife Flyers Secretary
